Consisting of singer Karolina Komstedt and composer/ multi-instrumentalist Johan Angergård, Club 8 debuted in 1995 upon their departure from Poprace. Intending on creating a sound of delicate, alive pop, the twosome quickly released their first base single "Me Too" shortly after their organisation. Compared to the likes of colleague Swedish residence Cloudberry Jam, The Cardigans and Red Sleeping Beauty, Club 8 continued with their first full-length Nouvelle in 1996. Their irregular album The Friend I Once Had came kO'd iI geezerhood by and by and finally followed with their first ever alive public presentation in New York City that same year.
